Additional Fees & Premium

Statutory Holiday Minimum Stay & Premium

A three-day minimum stay is required for all bookings over any long weekend / statutory holiday.
A $40.00 (total) premium is applicable for all stays on a statutory holiday. For example a $120.00 (total) stat holiday premium is applicable per pet for all stays between December 25th and January 1st.
Bookings of less than the minimum three-day stay will be subject to an additional $25.00 premium per day and reserved based on availability.

No Shows or Late Cancellations

Day Care - Should a client's pet does not show up for a booked daycare stay a No Show fee of 30% of the booking cost or $40 will be applied to that client's account, whichever is greater.
Boarding - Clients have up to 72 hours prior to the start of a boarding stay to cancel a booking. Any cancellations that happen with less than 72 hours advanced notice will result in a late cancellation fee being applied to the client's account. The cancellation fee is 30% of the total booking fee or one day's boarding fee, whichever is greater.

Late Pickup or Early Drop off

Where needed we can organize the following:
Early drop off between 7:15am and 8am - $10 plus HST per dog
Late pickup between 7pm and 8pm - $25 plus HST per dog.
Being late for pickup on Statutory Holidays as well as any day between December 23rd and January 2:

One to three hours - $25 plus HST per dog
Longer than three hours - $75 plus HST per dog

Driving Rates

The driving rate is $0.65/km plus HST (for example, $130 for a 100 km round trip).
A driver rate of $28.35 per hour plus HST applies for the duration of the return trip.
A $25 premium plus HST will be charged for pick-ups and drop-offs requested on statutory holidays.
An additional fee of $20 plus HST will apply for each extra dog included in the trip.
If the 407 highway is used to reduce travel time, the associated toll fees will be added to the total bill.
